We provide a shuttle bus service between New Chitose Airport and Rental819 Chitose Park. This convenient service ensures a smooth rental experience without the hassle of arranging transportation.

April 5th - April 30th → 8:50 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

May 1st - September 30th → 7:50 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

October 1st - October 31st → 8:50 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Reservations: Must be made by 5:00 p.m. the day before your departure date. For same-day changes or cancellations, please call us at +81-11-799-0126.

Terms of Use: The free shuttle service is available to customers who have reserved a rental motorbike at Rental819 Chitose Park.

Reservation Period: Reservations can be made up to 4 months in advance.

Return Trips: No reservation is needed for the return transfer from Chitose Park to New Chitose Airport. Simply inform a staff member on the day of your departure.

Upon Arrival: After landing, please contact our store at +81-11-799-0126.

※If you cannot make a phone call, please visit the “Information Desk” located on each floor of New Chitose Airport for assistance.

Pick-Up Time: We will arrive to pick you up within 7-8 minutes of your call. Look for our Hi-ace van with the "Rental 819 Chitose Park" logo.

Pick-Up Location: Please wait at the designated pick-up point (see details below).
